1. Acceptance of terms

By registering and using Morac Distribution services, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

Morac Distribution is a digital music distribution platform that allows independent artists to distribute their music on more than 150 digital platforms worldwide. We offer free and paid plans with different features.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• The content does not infringe third-party rights
• You have the right to grant us a license to distribute the content

4. Royalties and payments

On the free plan, you will receive 80% of generated royalties. On the Pro plan, you will receive 98% of royalties. Payments are processed monthly once the balance exceeds the established minimum. Morac Distribution does not charge additional commissions or hidden costs.

5. User conduct

It is prohibited to use our services to distribute content that:

• Infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Is obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or malicious code

6. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation does not entail a refund of payments already made.
